SIR KENNETH MACKENZIE, fourth of Scatwell. He was created a Baronet of Nova Scotia on the 22nd of February, 1703, by Queen Anne, six weeks after the elevation of his cousin-german, George, Lord Tarbat, to the Earldom of Cromarty.
